About The Role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases. This is a fast-paced role with significant hands-on exposure, including research, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.\n
\n
\nThe position is open to attorneys of all experience levels, with a minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship preferred. Flexible work options, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time schedules, are available.\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases from intake through resolution
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
\n
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
\n
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and hearings
\n
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams on litigation strategy
\n
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and risk management

Qualifications

\n

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
\n
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
\n
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship strongly preferred
\n
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
\n
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
\n
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation preferred
