American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift travel assignment at a medical center in Utah, requiring active NBRC credentials and cardiopulmonary care experience.

- Night shift schedule: 1800–0600 with a 6 days on / 8 days off rotation \n
- 13-week contract \n
- Cardiopulmonary and respiratory therapy department \n
- Provides care to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities, including emergency department patients \n

- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy \n
- Active Utah State Respiratory Therapist license required if applicable \n
- Valid, active NBRC credential in good standing \n
- Required certifications: RRT or CRT, ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and RPSGT \n
- AARC/USRC membership preferred \n
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration \n

- Works under the supervision of the Respiratory Medical Director and Department Manager \n
- Responsible for patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with physician orders and department policies \n
- Performs triage to prioritize care based on physical and psychosocial needs and patient flow \n
- Communicates patient status changes, symptomatology, and diagnostic results to ED physicians \n
- Provides patient, caregiver, and community education as part of respiratory care services \n
