LOCATION:     BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE    MARBLE FALLS, TX

DEPT:               Oncology Infusion Clinic

\n

SCHEDULE:     Mon-Fri  8am-5pm

\n

 

\n

Must have Oncology experience.  

\n

Ability to manage infusion and clinic activities on a daily basis as well as jump in to assist RN's.

\n

15 infusion chairs, 6 exam rooms, 2 docs – adding 3rd MD in the Fall; about 45 clinic visits/day and about 40 infusion visits/day

\n

As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.

  • You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.
  • \n
  • Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • \n
  • Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
  • \n
  • Are licensed as Registered Nurses
  • \n
  • Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
