Shift 4x10s Days (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Requirement description : · Must have a minimum of 24 months Peds CVOR Surgical Tech experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
\n · Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
\n · No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
\n · RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
\n · Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
\n · Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\n · Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
