Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
\n Minimum 2 years of experience in an interventional cath lab.
\n RN Active License Reqired.
\n AHA BLS Required.
\n Job Description:
\n Unit: Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular
\n Shifts: Days (with varied times), either 8 or 10hr shifts, 40 hr weekly. Call – 1-2 days per week, and about q2-3, weekend, call does include Holidays. Required to take call.
\n Documentation EMR: Meditech
\n Monitoring: Sensis
\n Equipment: Siemens
\n Labs: 2
\n Call Team: 4 person call team
\n Procedures: IR, Vascular, and Cardiac.
\n Demonstrates basic knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures. Also demonstrates basic understanding of Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine procedures.
\n Demonstrates appropriate application of specialized skills for patients undergoing angiography procedures, cardiac cath procedures, pacemakers and IABP insertion. Also demonstrates application of specialized skills involved in hemodynamic monitoring.
\n Maintains basic understanding of radiology equipment and image processing, as well as maintaining basic knowledge of Computerized Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine procedures
