Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Power Weekends Available, Every Friday through Sunday 7a-7p

For Nurses Who Believe Accountability Matters

Let’s say the quiet part out loud.

If you’re a great nurse, you’ve probably experienced this:

  • You show up.

  • You follow the protocols.

  • You document carefully.

  • You advocate for your residents.

  • You do the job the right way.

And you notice when others don’t.

You see the nurses who cut corners, avoid responsibility, or do the bare minimum—and nothing happens.

That’s frustrating for professionals who take pride in their work.

At Morning View, we believe something simple but powerful:

If we don’t hold everyone accountable, then no one is accountable.

If we don’t hold everyone accountable, then no one is accountable.

Our leadership team prioritizes structure, responsibility, and doing the job the right way—because our residents deserve nothing less.

We are looking for highly dutiful, precise, and dependable nurses who take pride in their work and believe that quality care is not optional.

The Nurse Who Thrives Here

You might be the right fit if you:

  • Show up prepared and ready to deliver your best every shift

  • Care deeply about the dignity and wellbeing of seniors

  • Take pride in accuracy, precision, and doing things correctly

  • Believe documentation, communication, and follow-through matter

  • Hold yourself to a high professional standard

  • Appreciate a workplace where everyone is expected to pull their weight

  • This is a great opportunity for nurses who want to work in an environment where doing the right thing is recognized and expected.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  • Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Participate in resident care planning

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care teams

  • Ensure assigned staff are meeting care standards

  • Respond to resident needs with professionalism and urgency

  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols

  • You will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive the attentive, consistent care they deserve.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities

  • Excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols

  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional standards

Why Nurses Choose MV
  • A leadership team that values accountability and professionalism

  • A culture where good nurses are supported—not taken advantage of

  • Clear expectations and strong clinical standards

  • A team that shares a commitment to exceptional resident care

If you believe every resident deserves careful, accurate, and compassionate care—and that every nurse should be accountable for the work they do—we want to meet you.
