Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Second Shift

Crestline Nursing Center is now hiring LPNs for Second Shift, 3pm-11pm, 8 hour shifts for Full-Time who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN
• Experience preferred, not required
