Job Description

Our nonprofit organization is committed to ensuring that funding is never a barrier to care. To date, we have provided more than $3 million in scholarship and pro bono services to families in the Colorado Springs community.

We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate professionals to provide essential therapeutic services to children with disabilities. Due to a growing need within our community, we currently maintain a waitlist of more than three years and are actively working to expand access to services for local families. Our multidisciplinary model allows families to receive a variety of services in one location, helping reduce stress and improve continuity of care.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also being comfortable working independently. Qualified candidates must hold current licensure in their respective field and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience training, supervising, or mentoring staff
