Position Type: Part Time 20-25 hours a week

What You'll Do

✨ Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

✨ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize each resident’s potential

✨ Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes

✨ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive resident care

✨ Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies, communication techniques, and swallowing safety

✨ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

✔ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

✔ Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing

✔ Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred

✔ Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

✔ A compassionate, resident-centered approach and passion for improving quality of life
