We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary rehab team at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Position Overview
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to support residents’ functional independence and daily living goals.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical diagnoses
Implement OT treatment programs to support functional independence and mobility
Monitor, assess, and document resident progress through daily notes, progress reports, and re-certifications
Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional standards of resident care
Maintain accurate documentation by auditing resident and department records
Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Prepare OT-related reports and assist with data tracking as directed by the Rehab Director
Support departmental initiatives and projects as assigned
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
