Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain independence and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

• Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education to improve patient function and mobility

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapy license

• Zero years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
