About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. With our Same Day Pay and $4000 Sign On Bonus, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and physician
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Requirements:
