LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in line with each resident’s care plan, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in day-to-day resident care.

• Monitor resident conditions, complete focused assessments, and promptly notify the physician and RN of changes.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

Schedules and Shifts

• 12-hour shifts available 6pm-6:15am

LPN Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.

• Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN license.

• Current CPR certification.

• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
