Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 12-hour shifts with new, higher starting pay rates. LPN ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in line with each resident’s care plan, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in day-to-day resident care.
Monitor resident conditions, complete focused assessments, and promptly notify the physician and RN of changes.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
12-hour shifts available 6pm-6:15am

Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN license.
