Licensed Practical Nurse – Extended Care (Long-Term / Skilled Nursing)

Pay: $26.43 – $46.39 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Extended Care team, providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a long-term / skilled-nursing setting. Full-time; sign-on bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct resident care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments; observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Work alongside RNs and CNAs to maintain safe, high-quality care.
• Support person-centered care and a positive resident experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
