LPN Unit Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations on your assigned unit, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while supporting and guiding nursing staff.

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
