Job Summary
We have two openings for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work night shifts, providing direct patient care and supporting our residents' physical, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual well-being. As an LPN at Rose Garden of Pana, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information accurately in EMR and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Work closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.
Requirements
• Valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
