Role Overview

This LPN day‑shift contract offers a steady full‑time schedule for a skilled nurse who provides reliable, compassionate care. You’ll work alongside RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration following facility and state guidelines

• Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes

• Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

• Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans

• Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

Contract Details

• 13‑week assignment

• 36 hours per week (typically three 12‑hour shifts)

• Day shift schedule

• Estimated gross pay: $1615 per week

• Extension opportunities may be available

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred

• Ability to work full‑time day shifts
