Structural Fabrication Welder -- Blueprint-Driven

Offer at a glance

• Compensation: $17–$25/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Day shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Where: Whitesboro & Gainesville, Texas

Your responsibilities

• Execute MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding across multiple materials
• Interpret and follow blueprints and welding procedures
• Deliver quality—strong, neat, specification-compliant welds
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized workstation

Must-haves

• Experience with MIG and/or Stick welding
• Ability to perform in a high-output production setting
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Consistent attendance and a solid work ethic
