Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
LPN Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Duties Include:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing staff
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Maintain professional nursing standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Montana
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Preferred:
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, memory care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing
Knowledge of the nursing process and resident-centered care practices
Experience with medication administration, treatment planning, and electronic medical records (EMR)
