Shifts: Rotating Day/Evening shifts

Hours: 40 hours per week

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1,966

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Summary

A respected long‑term care facility in Blair, WI is seeking a committed LPN for a part‑time, 13‑week contract. This role is ideal for nurses who want steady hours, a supportive environment, and a rotating schedule that offers variety without overwhelming demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident‑focused nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments per facility guidelines

• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Support ADLs and ensure resident safety and comfort

• Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin or compact state

• Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
