Job Summary:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse with Morris View Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide skilled nursing care, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify changes in resident status

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts and progress reports

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices
