Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident status and report changes
Provide direct resident care under RN supervision
Maintain accurate documentation
Support unit workflow and care standards
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in New York
Long-term care experience preferred
