$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – Full-Time
(Paid in installments: 25% after 90 days, 25% after 180 days, and 50% after 1 year)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Concord, NH 03301. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality resident care while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
Day, Evening, and Night shifts offered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations.

• Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and ensure adherence to facility policies and care standards.

• Administer medications and treatments including IV therapy, wound care, and tube feedings.

• Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions and report updates to the care team.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and family members.

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in the State of New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure).

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

• Current CPR certification required.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
