Job Description
Where Accountability Matters
Every Sat & Sun Nights (7p-7a)!
Let’s be honest.
If you’re a great nurse, you’ve probably experienced this before:
You show up. You do the work. You care deeply about your residents.
Meanwhile, others cut corners, avoid responsibility, and nothing happens.
That’s frustrating—and it’s exactly what we refuse to tolerate.
At Morning View, we believe something simple but powerful:
If we don’t hold everyone accountable, then no one is accountable.
That belief drives how we lead our teams.
We are looking for highly dependable, detail-oriented nurses who believe that doing the job right matters—for residents, for families, and for each other.
If you are the type of nurse who shows up ready to deliver your best work every shift, you’ll likely feel at home here.
The Nurse Who Thrives HereYou might be the right fit if you:
Take pride in precision, accuracy, and strong clinical documentation
Believe structure and accountability protect residents
Show up prepared and ready to give your best effort every shift
Care deeply about the dignity and quality of life of seniors
Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and care teams
Believe great nursing requires professional discipline and consistency
Our best nurses are those who hold themselves to a high standard—even when no one is watching.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents while ensuring that clinical standards and care protocols are followed consistently.
Responsibilities include:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

If you are a nurse who believes doing the job right is part of who you are, we would love to talk with you.
