Pay Rate: $27.50 - $32hr

Rotating Weekends. Part-Time & Full-Time available (Day, Evening & Night)

Increase Shift Differential available - Up to $4hr!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, providing exceptional care to our residents in a state-of-the-art senior living community. The Evening Shift LPN will be responsible for administering medications, conducting vital signs, and providing wound care, among other duties. As a valued member of our care team, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties include:

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and providing wound care

• Assisting with resident activities and daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration records and resident charts

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Evening rounds, report writing, and coordination of care with other departments

Requirements:

• Current and Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Preferred experience in a long-term/skilled nursing facility or related setting
