Base Pay

$33.00-$34.00 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

Evening Shift: $34.50-$35.50 per hour

Night Shift: $33.75-$34.75 per hour

Weekend Day Shifts: $38.00-$39.00 per hour

Weekend Evening Shift: $39.50- $40.50 per hour

Weekend Nigh Shift: $38.75- $39.75 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

$36.00-37.00 per hour

Shift differentials are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option.

LPN Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors

• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens

• Provide care in accordance with the individualized Care Plan

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in this state

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
