Our center is dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We focus on fostering communication, social interaction, and functional skills to help each client reach their fullest potential.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with ASD and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing speech and language therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for clients with ASD.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.

  • Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on communication, social skills, and pragmatic language.

  • Collaborate with other professionals (BCBAs, occupational therapists, educators) to ensure integrated care.

  • Train and support families and caregivers in implementing communication strategies at home.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).

  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of AAC devices, PECS, and other communication systems.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
