This position is available Full-Time in Miami-Dade County, FL

Nursing South Corporation is looking to provide LPN Home Healthcare services to families in need of assistance for their loved ones. Serving the ENTIRE Miami-Dade County.

THE PAY RANGES FOR LPNS ARE: $52,000.00 - $58,200.00 ANNUALLY ($25 - $28 an hour)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

·         Insulin Patients.

·         Wound Care.

·         IV.

·         Medication management and teachings.

·         Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations.

·         Provide skilled services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Licensed Practical Nurse. 

·         Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patient's permanent record files. 

·         All LPN duties related to home health care.

REQUIREMENTS: 

·         Proficient in English and Spanish

·         Valid LPN license in the state of Florida  

·         Level 2 Background Check with AHCA 

·         Professional Liability Insurance 

·         Valid Driver's License 

·         Proof of Citizenship

·         Social Security Card

·         CPR/BLS Certification 

·         Reliable transportation

·         Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned.
