Balmoral Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. LPNs play an essential role in providing quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting significant changes to nursing leadership

• Supporting and supervising nursing assistants as appropriate

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

• Assisting with care planning and resident assessments

• Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of care

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident needs

• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LPN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Commitment to quality care and resident well-being

• Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
