• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control, fall prevention, and other safety protocols

• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
