**About the Role:**

As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the nurse manager and/or physician
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices
* Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
