Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care LTC - All Shifts Open!

This part-time assignment offers a consistent schedule with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Position Details:

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

• Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Location: Penn Yan, NY

• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks

• Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours per week)

• Shift: All shifts open, part time, full time, per diem
  
  

Requirements:

• Active New York LPN license

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Long-Term Care

• Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI)

• Experience providing care for adult and geriatric residents

• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
