Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, limitations, and goals

• Develop and lead occupational therapy groups to promote social interaction, skills development, and overall rehabilitation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Provide educational training and support to patients and their families/caregivers

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California

• Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy theories and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
