About the Role:

As an LPN with CareMaster Medical Services, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, including administering medications,
• Collaborating with the CNA team to implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Georgia.

• 1 year of experience as an LPN

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients in their homes.
