Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Kingdom Care Senior Living is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The LPN plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Part-Time Evenings (3PM - 11PM, 2 shifts per week) | Every Other Weekend (7AM – 11PM) Required

• Part-Time Nights (11PM - 7AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Opportunity to pick up more shifts

• PRN opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

• Accurately document nursing care and observations

• Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers

• Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
