LPN Weekend Night Supervisor

Aventura at Humility House is now hiring an LPN Weekend Night Supervisor!

Shift: Weekend Nights 11p-7am 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Weekend Night Supervisor to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. This is a leadership role where you will oversee nursing staff, support quality resident care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in OH
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in SNF/long-term care
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
• Monitor resident care to ensure safety, dignity, and quality standards are met
• Respond to emergencies and provide direct nursing care when necessary
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely
• Promote a positive and professional work environment
