Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehab team at a supportive, resident-focused long-term care facility in Bennington, VT. With only 90 residents, our facility allows for more personalized care and stronger team collaboration.

Position Details & Compensation

• Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Pay Range: $40-$53/hour (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

• Schedule: Stable full-time hours supporting work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing function

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services per physician orders

• Maintain accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, outcomes)

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate residents, families, and staff

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Vermont

• SLPs licensed in NY or MA are encouraged to apply (licensure support available)

• CCC-SLP preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
