Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to manage and maintain the inventory of medical and non-medical supplies within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures that all departments have the necessary supplies to provide high-quality resident care while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and stock medical and facility supplies

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits

• Distribute supplies to nursing units and other departments as needed

• Monitor usage levels and prevent shortages or overstocking

• Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies in compliance with safety and infection control standards

• Work with vendors to track orders and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with budget tracking and cost control initiatives

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure supply area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in central supply, healthcare, or inventory management preferred

• Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift and move supplies (up to [insert weight requirement])

• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and record-keeping

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
