We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital. As a radiology professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging services to our community.

About the Role:

As a Radiologic Technologist with Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining patient records, and utilizing imaging equipment to produce high-quality images. You will work closely with our radiology team to ensure that patients receive timely and accurate diagnoses, while also adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols

• Review and analyze imaging results, communicating findings to radiologists and other healthcare professionals as necessary

• Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist licence and registry

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

• Associates degree in radiologic technology
