LPN, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, 3-11 SHIFT, SIGN ON BONUS, DAILY PAY

Responsibilities:

• Provide competent and compassionate care to residents under the supervision of the RN and other licensed professionals

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to RN and/or other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes and customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
