Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary

Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting overall clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications via oral, topical, and subcutaneous routes in accordance with clinical guidelines

• Perform routine nursing procedures such as sterile dressing changes, catheter care, and specimen collection

• Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition

• Identify and promptly report significant changes in patient status to the supervising RN or physician

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation

• Support individualized care planning through communication with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide resident and family education related to treatment plans, recovery, and chronic condition management

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong clinical observation, critical thinking, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
