Job Summary

PlayDate Behavioral Interventions, a nonprofit organization based in Colorado Springs, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a pediatric speech therapist, you will play a vital role in providing essential speech and language services to children ages 0-18 with various diagnoses, including autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients, including screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled speech therapy services and intervention to pediatric clients, including receptive language, expressive language, articulation, augmentative-alternative communication, fluency, social communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders

• Provide family/caregiver training and support

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

• Provide training and support to non-speech therapy professionals

Requirements

• Colorado SLP License

• Special needs experience: 1 year (preferred)

• Pediatrics experience: 1 year (preferred)

• SLP experience: 1 year (preferred)
