LPN Responsibilities:

• Care for Residents in a manner conducive to their safety and Comfort.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the facility and federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and Supervisors.
• Provide Direct Care.
• Administer medication and treatments.
• Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.
• Ensures that “Flow of Care” is followed.
• Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
