Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking - an attorney who wants to do meaningful, complex work while developing under experienced mentors. You will gain hands-on exposure across all phases of litigation and play a critical role in driving client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
• Handle discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy

Ideal Background

• 2–10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial prep
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar

Candidates whose experience is limited to personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit or residential/foreclosure work are not the ideal fit for this role.
