Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Sharon Community Health Center in Sharon, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.
• $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients of all ages.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.
• Provide psychotherapy for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based treatment.
• Practice in a supportive outpatient setting with full administrative and clinical support.

• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

• Average caseload of approximately 5 patients per day.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
• Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
