As an LPN at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality personal care, medication management, and medical support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to facility policies
• Perform vital signs, monitor residents' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence and dignity
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
