Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nights

Meadow Wind located in Massillon, Ohio is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Night Shift team! As part of our clinical team, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents. We offer competitive compensation and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care. 

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
