Position Overview:

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. If you have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily care activities.

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes, reporting to physicians and families.

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.

• Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Center’s high standards.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).

• CPR certification required.

• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Shift Details:

• Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available.
