LPN Charge Nurse - Full-time Opportunity at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as an LPN Charge Nurse at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center in Owasso, Oklahoma. As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our residents, while also providing leadership and support to our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assume charge nurse responsibilities on a rotational basis, overseeing the delivery of care to residents

• Ensure that all CNA and CMA duties are completed properly and timely

• Complete necessary documentation and reports

• Provide leadership and support to staff members as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
