Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

Join our team at Livingston Manor Care Center, a small, skilled nursing facility with a unique, home-like atmosphere in Chillicothe, MO. Our LPNs play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, with a focus on enhancing their health and improving their quality of life. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Livingston Manor, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Assist with wound care, treatment, and rehabilitation services as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work variable days including weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
